Wow, I have just got over a bout with the dreaded flu, it knocked me out for a whole week, my mother reminded me that the last time I was like that was when I was 18. If you get the same I can highly recommend Emergen - C super vitamins, you can get them at Trader Joe's, my new favorite place btw.
