I had met Chef Paul while shooting at The Club at Longview where he is the Executive Chef, Paul is an artist, he also grows his own veggies and herbs.
Not only did I have the pleasure of seeing him cook and photograph his art I also got to eat it all, meaning my supper that night was 4 appetizers, 2 entrees and 5 deserts (well I had just a spoon of each) man was it good. Paul you will be famous one day. (soon)
